1. General Use of the Site​

• You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could impair its function.

• All content, including images, artworks, and text, is the intellectual property of Isobel Ward and may not be used without permission.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Original Paintings

• Each original painting is one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Once sold, originals will not be reproduced or resold.

2.2 Fine Art Prints

• Prints are high-quality reproductions of the artist’s original works.

• Availability, sizes, and formats (e.g., paper, canvas) are listed on the Site.

• Limited edition prints are produced in restricted quantities; once sold out, no further prints will be made.

2.3 Commissioned Artwork

• Commissions are accepted at the artist’s discretion.

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 25%) is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the commissioned artwork is shipped or delivered.

• Timelines will be agreed upon in writing but may vary depending on the scope of the project.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

• Payment is accepted through the website and bank transfer when arranged.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon shipment.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping information; errors may result in additional fees or undelivered items.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All sales of original artworks and prints are final. No returns or refunds are accepted except in the case of significant damage during shipping.

• Commission deposits are non-refundable. If the buyer cancels after work has started, additional fees may apply.

• If a commissioned work cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on the artist’s side, a refund (including deposit) will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Copyright of all artworks remains with Isobel Ward.

• Purchase of an artwork (original, print, or commission) does not transfer copyright.

• Buyers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork without written permission.

• Commissioned pieces may be used in the artist’s portfolio, marketing, or exhibitions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Isobel Ward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, purchase of Products, or commissioned works.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

Isobel Ward reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
