1. Processing Times

Original Paintings & Prints: Orders are typically processed within 3 working days after payment has been received.
Commissioned Artwork: Shipping timelines will be discussed and agreed upon when the commission is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Depending on the size, works may be shipped flat or rolled.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS and DPD.
For high-value or larger artworks, additional handling or insurance charges may apply (customers will be notified before shipping).

4. Delivery Estimates

Domestic deliveries: typically 3-5 working days.
International shipping: please contact me for a quote and time scale.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before purchasing.

6. Risk of Loss & Damage

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
